Property developer Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) marked another major milestone on June 27, 2026, with the official turnover of Building 8 at One Oasis Cebu. The completion of this latest phase in the master-planned residential community responds directly to growing demand for ready-for-occupancy homes among local professionals and property investors.
The newly opened 10-storey building reflects the continued expansion of integrated urban living spaces designed to keep residents close to major economic hubs while still offering a retreat from the pace of city life.
The handover ceremony was led by Louie Carandang, Vice President and Regional General Manager; Carl Mondala, Senior Project Development Manager; and Angelyn Racaza, Area Group Sales Head, who together oversaw the transition of the new building into the existing community.
Speaking at the event, Mondala described the turnover as more than the completion of another building, calling it the fulfilment of countless dreams for the buyers involved. He told new homeowners that receiving their keys over the coming weeks marked not just the acquisition of a condominium unit, but the start of an entirely new chapter in their lives.

Among those receiving keys was Joseph Andre Pagobo, a first-time homeowner who described the milestone as a significant step toward personal independence. Despite project timeline setbacks over the past year, Pagobo said consistent updates and guidance from the development team had given him confidence in his investment. He is one of several new residents preparing to build an independent routine and establish ties within the local neighbourhood.

The addition of Building 8 expands housing options directly adjacent to Cebu’s primary commercial districts. Situated within a 3.7-hectare low-density community, the development places residents just minutes from Cebu IT Park, Ayala Center Cebu, and SM City Cebu, significantly cutting daily commute times to major workplaces, schools, and healthcare facilities — a growing priority among local urban professionals.
Demand for the project remains strong, with 88 percent of units in Building 8 already sold. Only 30 move-in-ready units remain available.
