Consumer prices in the Philippines rose 7.2 percent in September from a year earlier, led by rice, vegetables, and fuel, the Philippine Statistics Authority said.
The Asean+3 Macroeconomic Research Office now expects the Philippine economy to grow 3.3 percent in 2026, below the government's target and the Southeast Asian average.
